Every brand, one table

The comparison people actually need first is not which one works best. It is which of these are the same drug wearing a second name, because seven of the nine are.

Every “licensed for” row above is read from Section 1 of the current FDA Structured Product Label, not from secondary reporting: Ozempic NDA209637 (2026-07-30); Wegovy NDA215256 (2024-04-23); Rybelsus NDA213051 (2026-01-30); Mounjaro NDA215866 (2026-07-29); Zepbound NDA217806 (2026-04-22); Saxenda NDA206321 (2026-02-25); Victoza NDA022341 (2025-10-14); Trulicity BLA125469 (2026-06-16); Foundayo NDA220934 (2026-07-29)

This is the United States brand set, and it does not travel. Two of the nine do not exist in the European Union. The EMA authorised one tirzepatide product, Mounjaro, and its single licence carries both the diabetes and the weight indications, so there is no European Zepbound at all. Foundayo has no EU authorisation either: it was approved by the UK MHRA on 10 August 2026, outside the EU procedure. Victoza is being withdrawn across the EU and EEA through 2026. What is actually sold in your country is a different question from what is approved in Washington, and it has its own section.
No efficacy column, on purpose. Every number on this site carries a trial name, a dose and a week. The head-to-head weight-loss figures for these nine have not been read off their labels and trial reports yet, and a column of half-remembered percentages is exactly the thing this site exists to not be. It goes in once the numbers are sourced.
