Most of the confusion in this category is one fact: brand is not molecule. Semaglutide is sold as three different brands and tirzepatide as two, and they differ by what they are licensed for and how you take them, not by what is in them. Everything below is licence and formulation, not marketing.
Same molecule as Ozempic at a higher dose and a different licence. The oral 25 mg version was approved on 22 December 2025 and is a different product from Rybelsus.
