Approval is national. A brand can be sold in the United States and not exist in Europe, which is the case for Zepbound. Pick a country below and the tool reads what that country’s drug register actually lists.
What “no registry data” means, and what it does not.Two of these countries have a drug register we can query directly: United States, Canada. For those, an absent brand genuinely means the register does not list it. For Australia, Brazil, China, France, Germany, India and the rest, we have a researched country page but no machine-readable register, so the tool says we have no data. That is not the same as saying the drug is unapproved, and this tool will never conflate the two.
